Our approach
Integrated solutions for interconnected challenges
Poverty, school dropout, teenage pregnancy, and poor access to water and sanitation are deeply connected. Our approach tackles these challenges together supporting vulnerable children, empowering adolescent mothers, and strengthening communities.
Child Sponsorship Programme
We help vulnerable children access education, stay in school, and build the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed for brighter futures breaking the cycle of poverty across generations.
Teenage Mothers Empowerment Programme
We provide pregnant adolescents and young mothers with protection, psychosocial support, education, vocational skills training, and economic empowerment giving them a second chance to rebuild their lives.
WASH and Menstrual Health Programme
We improve access to clean water, safe sanitation, and menstrual hygiene services in schools and communities reducing absenteeism and helping children, especially girls, stay in school.
Creating lasting change
Together, these programmes address the root causes and consequences of vulnerability. By keeping children in school, empowering young mothers, and improving community health, KSDA is helping families break free from poverty and build resilient futures.
